CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program designed to improve real-world fitness to prepare you not only for life’s unpredictable unknown, but the unknowable. All of CrossFit’s workouts are based on the core functional movements found everywhere and essential to becoming “fit for life.” Intensity is the secret sauce. CrossFit workouts highlight the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more. CrossFit is designed for everyone and is scalable in all aspects, making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. Participants can expect to achieve greater flexibility, increase power, and enhance metabolic conditioning enabling them to handle life’s unexpected challenges.
Whether you are uncomfortable with weightlifting, you want more cardio and metabolic conditioning, or you just love to collapse in a puddle of sweat, then this class is for you. Without the barbell, participants will focus on gymnastics, bodyweight exercises and cardio to get leaner, stronger, and fitter. This high intensity interval training program can also act as a compliment or introduction to pure CrossFit programming. We call it BURN for a reason!
If you are just getting off the couch, or are intimidated by CrossFit, then this class is for you. We get it, because we’ve been there. Consider this alternative CrossFit programming approach where participants will work to achieve a base fitness level intended to build confidence through consistent, small wins. After a couple of weeks here, the sky is the limit!

For those that want to get better at weightlifting or simply love to rip steel from the earth, then this class is for you. These classes provide expert instruction where participants will dive deep on the finer points of Olympic lifting. Whether focusing on form or going for your one rep max, it’s the small things that matter. Small movement adjustments here will lead to shattering personal records!
This program is designed to build sound movement mechanics, consistency and, most of all, a love of physical activity. Our classes are led by coaches who have completed the CrossFit Kids Trainers Course and follow the teaching methodology developed by CrossFit. This methodology focuses on teaching kids quality movement before introducing weight and intensity. Through this program, kids learn how to perform functional movements, e.g. squats and jumps, while having fun in a structured environment.
Knowledge is key! Whether this is your teens first foray into physical activity or they play a sport every season, they will benefit from participating in this class. This program provides non-specific, functional training designed to improve movement and agility, build endurance, and augment the repetitive nature of sports movements. In this class, participants will receive expert instruction in how to move safely and efficiently when engaging in physical activity. The lessons learned here inform how to better move through the rest of life.
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our high-intensity programs and CrossFit classes with access to nutrition coaching as well. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of certified (experienced) coaches. If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our Foundations classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We have coaches that are trained and certified to program and work specifically with Masters Athletes and we take pride in working with people of all ages to help reach their fitness goals. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
