Why CrossFit?: I coach because of our community. The Mill changed my life, and I want to give back in any way that I can. We’ve all experienced that moment when you want to put down the barbell and stare at the clock. I believe the best thing I can do as a coach is to support, motivate, and bring out the best version of our athletes. I want to be the coach that believes in you when you may not believe in yourself. I coach for those little wins. I will always be your #1 cheerleader.
