Forged is a NO barbell class – no heavy lifting or complex movements with a barbell. This class uses body weight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags, and medicine balls combined with high intensity cardio (running, rowing, assault bike, jump rope) designed to help you become leaner, stronger, and fitter than ever before. Forged follows the same structure of Crossfit starting with a group warm up, followed by strength and/or skill work, and wrapping up the class with a high intensity workout.
Whether you want to improve your conditioning or supplement Crossfit classes throughout the week, be prepared to sweat alongside a supportive, motivating community.
